Design Milk kindly pointed me to the site of Jang Yoon, a Los Angeles based designer with more than one chair in his portfolio.
Here I share the Janus Chair with you.
I have a feeling it’s called Janus after the mythical two faced figure: You can fold it partly And you can stack it.
